Pre Pointe Class

Prepare to take your ballet training to the next level! Pre-Pointe introduces dancers to the fundamentals of pointe work while building the strength, alignment, balance, and technique needed to safely progress toward pointe shoes. Dancers will work on exercises designed to strengthen the feet, ankles, legs, and core while developing the technical foundation necessary for future pointe training. This class is perfect for dancers who are working toward their first pair of pointe shoes or preparing to advance their pointe technique. Requirements: Dancers must be enrolled in at least Foundational Ballet and are required to bring demi-pointe shoes to class.
