About this event

Community Day Health Fair is a FREE community wellness event hosted by Franciscan Health Fitness Centers Chesterton. It gives members and community the opportunity to connect with Franciscan Network healthcare providers, wellness professionals, and community organizations while learning more about their health. Guests can explore health education booths, wellness screenings, fitness resources, demonstrations, and other services followed by fitness and wellness activities later in the day, all in one convenient location. The event is designed to help our community learn, connect, and take steps toward better health and wellness.

8AM-12PM Health Fair with Free Franciscan Health Screenings like Bone Density Screening, CRP Demonstration, Ballance Assessments, Screening Questionnaires for Reproductive Hormone Imbalances, Breast Self-Exam education Etc, and Local Health Providers like Extra Mile with gait analysis, Three20 Recovery, Kauffman Chiropractic with neck and shoulder tension screening, Evexia Salt Cave & Spa with their sound bed experience etc.
