Adult Ballet

If you're looking for a workout that will leave you feeling strong, graceful, and with a sense of calm, then adult ballet is for you! This open level class will follow a traditional ballet structure that anyone can participate in. It will begin with a warmup followed by a ballet barre sequence, transition to exercises in the center of the room and across the floor, ending with a strengthening and stretching sequence to center your body and mind. This full-body workout will have variety in each class, offering a new experience every time you attend. Attire: Leggings, athletic tops, leotards/tights, normal socks, tennis shoes, ballet shoes (if you would like)
