Slow down, soften, and give yourself permission to simply be . This gentle, grounding class blends mindful movement with restorative poses to release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your breath. We'll move slowly, settle into support poses, and enjoy extended Savanna followed by short-guided meditation to help you fully relax and reset. All level friendly, no pressure and nothing to prove. Just an hour to slow down, recharge, and leave feeling a little lighter. Come as you are. Leave feeling restored.
