This is a 12-week progressive series designed to build week by week—layering in complexity, resistance, and refinement so you can track your growth and unlock new levels of strength and confidence. Foundational Pilates exercises evolve with added tempo, balance challenges, and dynamic transitions. You’ll move through longer combinations with minimal downtime, targeting deep core engagement and muscular endurance. Best for those confident in their reformer practice and comfortable with advanced cues and choreography. Prerequisite: Prior reformer experience required.
