Get ready to get cozy with Regisistered Nurse Mary Mora and st ir up some delicious and healthy soups!

Saturday, November 14th, 11am-1pm *** CLASS SPACE IS LIMITED TO 15 GUESTS.***

The suggested donation for this class is $20-$15; this covers the price of admission and our instructor fees.

In this class we will focus on three soups:

• Lentil

• Roasted Butternut Squash

• Hamburger Soup (meatarian/vegetable soup)

The class will include demo and hands-on instruction with Ms. Mary! Get ready, soup's on!

Mary Mora is a Registered Dietitian and has worked with Proviso Partners for Health (PP4H) for the past seven years with a focus on food access and community health and wellness in Maywood, IL, as well as the surrounding communities. Mary graduated with a BS degree from Bradley University and an MS degree from Loyola University Chicago. She completed a Certificate of Professional Cooking from the Illinois Institute of Art, and is a Certified Diabetes Educator.
